Please note that all data collection in our app is through Unity Ads, and only applies to the demo version. The full version has not integrated Unity Ads, and does not collect any information from our users.

Information Collected

Our app has integrated Unity Ads, which is one of the services subject to section 3B in Unity’s ‘Game Player and App User Privacy Policy’ which states the following information may be collected when interacting with Unity services:

- Device information

Information about your devices and your use of Unity Services. This includes data obtained through cookies and similar technologies, as described in Unity’s Cookie & Advertising Policy.

- IP Address

Unity’s systems automatically collect an IP address when users access the Service. IP addresses can be used to learn about the general location (e.g., city, state, and country) of the User’s point of access to the web.

- Log Information

Unity may log a variety of technical information, including but not limited to User ID, device identifiers (including advertiser ID), unique app installation-specific ID, play session information, and monetization events. To the extent cookies and similar technologies are used to do this, please see Unity’s Cookie & Advertising Policy.

- Cookies and Related Technologies

Unity collects Personal Information through cookies and similar technologies. For more information on how Unity uses cookies, the types of cookies and other technologies used, and your privacy choices, please see Unity’s Cookie & Advertising Policy.

- Other Information

Unity may obtain additional information about you from third parties such as marketers, partners, researchers, and others. Unity may combine information that Unity collects from you with information about you obtained from such third parties and information derived from any other subscription, product, or Service Unity provides.

I RECEIVED AN AD FROM UNITY ADS, WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW?

Unity Ads has probably collected device information, like IP address and device identifiers, and information regarding the delivery of ads and your interaction with them, all of which may be shared with ad publishers and attribution companies.

For clarity, Unity collects the following data: whether you click or tap an ad for a new game, whether you watch the ad or play a game frequently, whether others playing a game like the one you’re playing have downloaded a particular new game, and whether you download and install the new game you see advertised.

DO I HAVE ANY CHOICES REGARDING THE DATA COLLECTION DESCRIBED ABOVE IF I DO NOT WISH TO SEE PERSONALIZED ADS?

You cannot opt-out of receiving ads, but you can take steps to opt-out of certain personalized ads, within the ad unit, by clicking or tapping the Data Privacy icon.

If you are in the EU and do not wish to be targeted in this manner, the first Unity ad you see in our application explains how you can opt-out of data collection. You can opt-out then or at any time by clicking or tapping the Data Privacy icon on any ad you see. The Data Privacy icon will also allow you to access the data that is collected about you.

Additionally, all users, regardless of their location, may opt-out of all personalized advertising by enabling privacy features on their devices such as Limit Ad Tracking (iOS) and Opt Out of Ads Personalization (Android). See your device’s Help system for more information.

Please note that if your privacy choices indicate that you do not want personalized advertising, you will receive only contextual advertising. You may also visit the third parties listed in the official Unity ‘Game Player and App User Privacy Policy’, to see the types of data that these parties have about you based on your device’s advertising identifier.
